I live in a beautiful 100m2 house with a large garden. I rent one of my bedroom of 11m2. The house is located in a quiet street in Villejuif (Epi d'Or district). I'm 57 yo and I have a 28 yo daughter who lives in Paris.

To be rented exclusively to a female student.

There's already a German student renting another bedroom, so I'm looking for parity in the house.

I prefer to rent to an English speaker because I want to use my English and share other cultures.

The bedroom is on the 1st floor, garden view, fully equipped (bed 140x190x18), 1 closet with 2 large mirrors, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 bookcase, 1 large window, fiber internet access, wifi, 1 lamp, possibility to bring your own TV.

I do not accept APL (government financial aid for housing).

Monthly rent = 600 euros (payable between the 1st and 3rd of each month).

I request a security deposit of 200 euros which will be cashed at the beginning of the lease and returned to the tenant at the end.

Documents required at the beginning of the lease : passport, proof of studies and visa.

Between 2 to 5 minutes walk from the house to the buses :
- 380 (Metro Louis Aragon to Vache Noire line in Arcueil) which goes to the metro Louis Aragon in 5 minutes
- 172 (Henri Mondor Hospital to Bourg la Reine RER line) which goes to the Louis Aragon metro in 5 minutes
- 131 (Mairie de Chevilly Larue to Porte d'Italie line)
- NEW METRO STATION LINE 14 (1 km by foot from the house or 10 minutes by 131 bus)
